Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for SaaS products across international markets, including the USA, Europe, and APAC.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a proven ability to drive user acquisition, generate quality leads, improve subscription conversions, and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Candidates with experience in scaling SaaS businesses through data-driven, multi-channel advertising campaigns will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage international PPC campaigns targeting the USA, Europe, and APAC markets.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, lead generation, and SaaS subscription growth.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA, and CPL.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
- Implement retargeting strategies and conversion-focused marketing funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 2–4 years of experience in PPC, Paid Advertising, or Performance Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SaaS marketing is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Positive understanding of SaaS business models, subscription funnels, and user acquisition.
- Experience managing multi-country and international advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA, and CPL.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience running paid campaigns for international SaaS products.
- Proven track record of reducing CAC and improving ROAS.
- Experience managing multiple advertising channels independently.
- Ability to present campaign performance reports and optimization strategies.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate 2–3 previous campaign case studies or performance reports.

Important Screening Criteria Candidates with only local advertising experience or agency coordination experience without hands-on campaign management will not be preferred.

Experience in SaaS marketing, international paid campaigns, and subscription-based customer acquisition will be given priority.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
