Vacancy for PPC engineer / Material Planner with 3 years plus experience in same profile.

Job Profile

1) Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Plan, schedule, and manage material requirements using ERP/MRP systems to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.

2) Supplier Coordination & Delivery Follow-up

Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, confirm dispatches, send reminders, and ensure on‑time delivery of all materials.

3) Monitoring Stock Levels

Maintain optimum inventory levels—avoid excess stock and prevent stockouts. Adjust planning based on consumption and trends.

4) Handling Material Shortages & Delivery Bottlenecks

Identify shortages early, escalate issues, coordinate internally, and take corrective actions to avoid production stoppage.

5) Delivery Call-off Management





Release purchase call-offs to suppliers based on the latest production plan, consumption, and buffer stock requirements.

6) Production Support

Ensure all required materials are available at the shop floor on time to support uninterrupted production flow and achieve daily/weekly production targets

7) Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve material-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
