Job Purpose:

To support Production team for ensuring the efficient Monitoring and Control of the production process through DCS (Distributed Control System) and engaging people and equipment to attain production objectives as desired level of Management.

:

· To operate the DCS for plant startup and shutdown operations in order to meet Company’s objectives and production targets

· To Monitor and control all process Parameters & Standards such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures, levels, etc, through displays, graphics and trend logs.

· To Monitor & Control the usage of Raw Materials, Premix & other ingredients as per formulation and utilizing plant utilities effectively to get optimum level production output.

· To Monitor DCS parameters,



trends and identify deviations if any & propose proactive corrective actions in consultation with Shift In charge if required.

· To Monitor critical parameter and render technical help to resolve the anomalies highlighted by the Shift Engineer/ In-charge.

· To Coordinate and guide the Field Engineer or Supervisors for all type of start up, shut down, isolation, purging etc. and coordinate with Operation / Electrical/Mechanical team.

· To ensure & adhere the procedures of emergency handling with excellent efficiency and desired safety.

· To Adhere the Company’s HSE policy and SOPs strictly.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
