We are hiring for our client company. It's a Automation company in Ghaziabad.

We are looking for PLC Programmers with the following experience and skill set:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years.
- Openings: 6
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical
- Control System Expertise Mitsubishi iQR Series Process CPU- Redundant
- PLC Platforms: Hands-on experience with either:
- Mitsubishi iQ-R Series, or
- Schneider Modicon M580 Series.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in PLC programming and commissioning.
- We are looking for a PLC/SCADA Engineer with hands-on experience in Mitsubishi iQ-R PLC platform and Genesis64 SCADA development for Industrial Automation projects.
- The candidate should have robust expertise in PLC logic development, SCADA applicationdevelopment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and industrial communication systems. Candidate should be comfortable working on-site and coordinating with customers during project execution.
- Candidates must have practical project experience in programming, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic using Mitsubishi MELSEC iQ-R platform.
- Develop and configure SCADA applications using Genesis64 (ICONICS).
- Design HMI/SCADA graphics, alarms, trends, reports, and visualization screens.
- Perform PLC, SCADA, and HMI testing,



commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as:

1.Modbus RTU/TCP-IP
1. OPC DA/UA
2. Ethernet-based communication systems

Understand project requirements and support automation project execution.

Prepare engineering documents including

1. I/O Lists

2. Alarm Lists

3. Functional Design Specification (FDS)
4. Testing & Commissioning Documents

- Support FAT, SAT, site commissioning, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support during installation, loop checking, and commissioning
