Job Title: PLC Programmer / PLC Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A PLC Programmer is responsible for designing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems used in industrial automation. The role involves developing automation solutions for manufacturing plants, production lines, and industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, write, and modify PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, and Omron.
- Configure and troubleshoot HMI and SCADA systems.
- Understand electrical drawings, control panel wiring, and circuit diagrams.
- Perform PLC installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Work with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Ethernet/IP.
- Integrate sensors, motors, VFDs, and other automation equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify automation-related issues.




- Provide technical support and maintenance for automated systems.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance teams.

Required Technical Skills
- PLC Programming – Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram.
- Siemens TIA Portal / SIMATIC.
- Allen-Bradley RSLogix / Studio 5000.
- HMI and SCADA Programming.
- VFD Configuration.
- Industrial Networking and Communication.
- Electrical and Control Panel Knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and Commissioning.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering

- Mechatronics Engineering

- Instrumentation and Control Engineering

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
