Role & responsibilities

- Operate and monitor ETP and associated water treatment systems as per established SOPs.
- Conduct routine water quality testing, including pH, TDS, hardness and free residual chlorine.
- Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, flow rate, water consumption and chemical dosing.
- Perform routine filter backwashing, membrane cleaning (CIP) and preventive maintenance of dosing pumps.
- Maintain daily operational records, logbooks, chemical consumption and water quality reports.
- Handle, prepare and dose water treatment chemicals safely.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report equipment breakdowns to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical,



Chemical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ETP operations and water treatment plant operations.
- Practical knowledge of ETP processes, pumps, filters, softeners, chemical dosing and water quality testing.
- Ability to maintain operational records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
