Role & responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all plant functions including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

- P&L; & Budgeting: Own the site's P&L; drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning.

- Safety & Compliance: Lead a "Safety First" culture. Ensure 100% compliance with GPCB/CPCB, Factory Act, and hazardous chemical handling protocols

- Greenfield/Brownfield Projects: Lead site commissioning, stabilization, and technology transfer from R&D; to commercial scale.

- Regulatory Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, inspectors, and statutory auditors.

- Team Development:



Mentor a multidisciplinary team of 130+ employees; foster industrial harmony and handle IR (Industrial Relations) issues effectively.

- Process Improvement: Drive "Lean Manufacturing" or "Six Sigma" initiatives to minimize waste and maximize yield

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory). MBA or M.Tech is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in Chemical/Specialty Chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Unit Head/Site Head/Plant Head role.

- Technical Expertise: * Deep understanding of Unit Operations
