Renown Pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead operations across two Softgel manufacturing units, including a highly regulated pharmaceutical facility catering to US OTC, PIC/S, and TGA markets, and a nutraceutical manufacturing unit. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Stores, Regulatory Affairs, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, budgets, capacity planning, and cost optimization.

- Manage Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Stores, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and F&D; functions.

- Drive operational excellence, productivity, yield improvement, and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to US FDA, PIC/S, TGA, ICH, WHO-GMP, and FSSAI regulations.

- Lead audits, inspections, CAPA management, validation, and quality systems.

- Oversee softgel manufacturing activities including encapsulation, drying, inspection,



and packaging.

- Develop solid teams, succession plans, and a quality-focused culture.

- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and expansion initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. with strong pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

- 18-25 years of experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical manufacturing.

- Minimum 8-10 years in Plant Head / Site Head / GM Operations / VP Operations roles.

- Extensive experience in Softgel manufacturing is highly preferred.

- Strong exposure to US FDA-regulated facilities and global quality standards.

- Proven leadership experience across Production, QA, and QC functions.

- Experience handling audits, regulatory inspections, and multi-site operations.
