- Manage plant-level accounting, finance, and controlling activities.

- Handle product costing, inventory valuation, raw material costing, and cost analysis.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

- Monitor manufacturing costs, including material, labour, and overheads.

- Manage month-end closing, internal controls, and statutory/internal audits.

- Work with plant management to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.

Preferred Skills: SAP ERP, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.

Willing to work in plant.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA / ICWA qualified qualified.

- 8+ years of experience in Plant Finance / Manufacturing Finance & Controlling.

- Strong experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Financial Reporting.

- Hands-on experience in Inventory Accounting, Variance Analysis and Internal Controls.

- Experience in SAP/ERP environment preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Candidates from manufacturing/industrial companies preferred.
