Role: Planning & Scheduling Engineer

Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad

We are looking for experienced Planning & Scheduling professionals with expertise in Refinery Planning, Refinery Scheduling, Linear Programming, and Oil & Gas processes .

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Linear Programming (LP)

• Experience with refinery planning tools such as Aspen PIMS, Honeywell RPMS, Haverly GRTMPS, or Spiral

• Experience with scheduling tools such as Aspen APS, MBO, H-Sched, or Honeywell Production Scheduler

- Knowledge of refinery and petrochemical processes, feedstock ranking, rolling plans, and plant debottlenecking




- Experience with Advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL
- Background in Refinery, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas industries

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client requirement gathering and solution design
- Manage end-to-end Planning & Scheduling implementation
- Lead teams and coordinate solution delivery
- Work on refinery planning, scheduling, and LP models
- Support Fit-Gap analysis and application integration

Preferred Qualification:

- Aspen HYSYS / KBC Petro-SIM experience
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
