Route Upskill Academy is a professional skill-development and career training institution based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We offer industry-oriented training programs in Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management, focusing on practical skills and career opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Officer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant placement experience. Candidates must have previous experience handling placements specifically in Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, generating job opportunities and coordinating recruitment activities to ensure successful student placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop relationships with companies, HR managers, recruiters and recruitment agencies.
- Generate placement opportunities for students across Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- Map companies and potential employers across Kerala and other major employment markets in South India.
- Conduct corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and direct company visits.
- Coordinate with HR teams to arrange interviews, recruitment drives and hiring opportunities.
- Understand industry hiring requirements and match suitable candidates with job openings.
- Maintain a database of companies, HR contacts, vacancies and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate student CVs, interview schedules and recruitment processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with companies and recruiters.




- Develop corporate partnerships and establish MOUs with potential employers.
- Track student interviews, selections, offer letters and joining status.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly placement reports for management.
- Achieve placement targets and improve the overall placement conversion rate.
- Travel for corporate meetings, company visits and placement activities whenever required.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement or corporate placement operations.
- Previous placement experience in Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of industry-specific job roles and recruitment requirements in all three domains.
- Existing connections with HR professionals, companies and recruitment partners will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong corporate outreach, follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn.
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for corporate visits and placement activities is mandatory.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related fields will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
