Job Summary:
We are looking for a Placement Manager to drive employment opportunities for candidates trained under our skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain employer partnerships.
- Coordinate interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
- Achieve placement targets and track candidate joining status.
- Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Provide career guidance and post-placement support to candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience in placements, recruitment, or skill development programs.
- Robust communication, networking, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
