Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Student Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities, develop corporate relationships, coordinate recruitment drives, and ensure successful placement opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
- Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain student databases, resumes, interview schedules, and placement records.
- Prepare students for interviews, resume building, and job applications.
- Follow up with companies regarding student selections and joining status.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporate partners.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure students are placement-ready.




- Track student placement performance and maintain placement reports.
- Achieve assigned student placement targets within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student placement, recruitment, or corporate relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and corporate coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of students successfully placed.
- Number of companies connected and job opportunities generated.
- Number of interviews and placement drives conducted.
- Student selection and joining ratio.
- Timely placement reporting and follow-ups.

Work Location: BCCM College, Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida. Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
