Role Description.

The Physiotherapist role at Raj is a full-time, in office position based in Pikhuwa,U.P. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, manage pain, and support rehabilitation. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, providing manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, educating patients and caregivers on home-care routines, and documenting progress accurately.

The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in the treatment area, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care protocols.

Qualifications

- Clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal,



neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation principles and techniques.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage case files, and use basic digital tools or clinic management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
- Prior clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center is preferred; fresh graduates with strong clinical training may also be considered.
