About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creatively driven Videographer & Content Producer to join our team.

As a digital marketing agency working extensively with hospitality brands, restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts and lifestyle businesses, we believe great content goes beyond just capturing beautiful visuals.

We are looking for someone who has a strong creative vision, understands storytelling, and can transform everyday brand experiences into engaging visual content that connects with audiences.

The ideal candidate should have a knack for creative direction, an eye for detail, and the ability to conceptualise, shoot and edit compelling videos for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Conceptualisation: Develop fresh and engaging video concepts, reels, and visual storytelling ideas for different hospitality brands.
- Videography: Plan and execute professional video shoots for restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, food, beverages, interiors, events and lifestyle experiences.
- Creative Direction: Take ownership of the visual narrative, including shot composition, lighting, framing, camera movements, mood and overall aesthetics.
- Video Editing: Edit high-quality, engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, promotional videos, brand films and other digital content.
- Content Planning: Work closely with the social media and creative teams to understand content calendars, campaign objectives and brand requirements.
- On-location Shoots: Travel to client locations for shoots and independently manage shoot requirements.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with emerging video trends, transitions, editing styles, storytelling techniques and platform-specific formats.
- Brand Understanding:



Understand the personality of each brand and create content that reflects its identity rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing videography, creative storytelling and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of camera equipment, lenses, lighting and audio.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, colour grading and visual storytelling.
- Ability to independently conceptualise and execute creative video shoots.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital video formats.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for visual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace and manage multiple client projects.
