- Ensure smooth operation of CRO, Kiln, and Coal Mill processes by monitoring and controlling various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures or downtime.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize process conditions for maximum productivity and quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process operations, including logs, reports, and records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant performance.
