About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can generate qualified leads every day at a low and steadily falling CPL. You will own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, set up and maintain clean conversion tracking, and optimise campaigns for lead quality as well as lead volume.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads
- Deliver a consistent daily flow of qualified leads within target CPL
- Set up and manage Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API
- Build and maintain tracking in Google Tag Manager and GA4, including events, UTMs, and lead form tracking
- Send CRM lead quality data back to ad platforms through offline conversions so campaigns optimise for qualified leads, not just form fills
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
- Manage Google Ads optimisation: keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bid strategies, Quality Score, and search term analysis
- Build audiences: lookalikes, retargeting, custom intent, and LinkedIn job title and industry targeting
- Work with the content and design team on ad creatives and landing page improvements
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly on CPL, cost per qualified lead, lead-to-call conversion, and ROAS
- Manage budgets and pacing across platforms

Must-Have Skills

- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads




- Proven track record of reducing CPL and improving lead quality (be ready to share numbers)
- Practical experience setting up Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Experience with offline conversion imports from a CRM
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards (Looker Studio or similar)
- Experience independently managing monthly ad budgets across multiple platforms

Valuable to Have

- Experience targeting audiences in Australia or other international markets
- Experience in education, study abroad, immigration, career coaching, or other high-ticket service lead generation
- Server-side tagging experience (GTM server container, Stape, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, or LeadSquared
- Basic landing page building skills (Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, or similar)
- Use of AI tools for creative testing, copy, and reporting automation

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

- Full tracking audit completed, with CAPI and Enhanced Conversions live and verified
- CRM lead stages connected back to ad platforms
- Measurable drop in CPL and cost per qualified lead against current baseline
- Weekly reporting dashboard in place

Probation and Performance Review

- The first 3 months are a probation period with a performance review at the end
- We are looking for someone who can deliver results from the first few weeks, not after a long ramp-up
- Performance will be measured on daily qualified lead volume, CPL, cost per qualified lead, and tracking setup quality
- Confirmation depends on meeting the agreed targets during this period
