About the Role

We are urgently looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and drive measurable business growth.

If you have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance tracking, this is an opportunity to take your digital marketing career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking tools.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.




- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and campaign management skills.
