About the Role

Xtended Partner is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Mobile App Marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing advertising budgets independently, optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns.
- Execute Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, focusing on leads, sales, and conversions.
- Manage mobile app acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns and Meta App Ads, focusing on installs, registrations, in-app events, and purchases.
- Optimise app campaigns for CPI, CPA, ROAS, and user acquisition quality.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative performance.
- Implement and validate conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and SDK/MMP integrations.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.




- Prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and overall ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing mobile app install and in-app conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, CPI, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with app attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase is an advantage.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently with a performance-driven mindset.
