Infoz IT is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to independently own paid acquisition across digital channels. You will drive lead generation and ROI targets, manage ad budgets and channel strategy, and guide junior team members while working closely with the sales, content and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end paid strategy and execution on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Take full accountability for CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS targets

- Plan and manage monthly ad budgets, deciding channel-wise spend allocation and scaling

- Build and run structured A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages

- Own conversion tracking setup and audits using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel

- Build funnels, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve lead quality

- Work with the sales/CRM team to analyse lead quality and reduce drop-offs

- Guide design and content teams with clear creative briefs based on performance data

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights,



learnings and action plans for leadership

- Mentor and review the work of junior marketing executives

- Track competitors and adapt to platform and algorithm changes

Required Skills

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM and Looker Studio (or similar)

- Funnel optimisation, audience strategy, retargeting and budget ownership

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets of [X] L+ with measurable ROAS/CPL improvement

- Ownership, analytical thinking, stakeholder communication and mentoring skills

Good to Have

- Lead generation experience in EdTech, IT or B2B/B2C

- CRO, SEO basics, email and WhatsApp marketing

- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

- CRM and lead nurturing experience

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team
