We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, optimizing campaign performance and achieving marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage advertising budgets and campaign performance.

- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS.

- Develop strategies to improve lead generation.

- Optimize campaigns to reduce costs and improve conversions.

- Perform audience research and competitor analysis.

- Track campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports.

- Coordinate with creative and content teams.

Skills Required:

- Practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Strong understanding of PPC and performance marketing.

- Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
