Role: Performance Marketer

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to hit growth targets.
- Deep dive into analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to uncover actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media.
- A strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and user acquisition.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably.
