About the Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who has a basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, generating quality leads, monitoring campaign performance and improving advertising results.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Monitor campaign budgets, leads, clicks, CTR, CPC and CPL.

- Work on online advertising and lead-generation activities.

- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.

- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce advertising costs.

- Prepare and analyse campaign performance reports.

- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content.





- Monitor competitors and market trends.

- Support Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BMS, BBA, BMM, Marketing or a related field.

- Digital Marketing course or certification preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Understanding of PPC, paid advertising and lead generation.

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).

- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS.

- Valuable analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work with data and identify areas for improvement..
