WE ARE HIRING – PERFORMANCE MARKETER Company: Cybertruck Films Location: Kochi Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time : We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Performance Marketer who can independently plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns, drive quality leads and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube and LinkedIn.

- Develop performance marketing strategies, audience targeting and marketing funnels.
- Handle campaign budgets, bidding strategies and optimise ad spends for better ROI.
- Work on ad creatives, copywriting, headlines and A/B testing in coordination with the creative team.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversions through performance campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and ROAS. 7.

Handle Google

Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Work on landing page optimisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Have a working knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Search Console.




- Prepare regular campaign reports and provide data-driven growth strategies.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of SEO, CRO and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns independently.
- Must be result-oriented and focused on measurable growth. Tools & Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Microsoft Clarity.
