We are in our launch year and are starting with two networks. Alongside these, we will soon be launching Smart Networks a platform built not only to power and manage our own networks, but also to be offered to other networks and communities that could benefit from the same technology.

Why This Role Matters The Network is at an early stage, and how we grow in these first years will shape the business for years to come. As Performance / Growth Manager, you'll own how The Network and its networks reach, attract and convert the right members, building our growth engine from the ground up. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch and wants real ownership over outcomes.

What You'll Own

- Own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, optimising for CAC, conversion rate and lead quality.
- Set up and maintain tracking and measurement across platforms, including pixels, conversion APIs, analytics and attribution.
- Build dashboards and reporting that give a clear view of funnel performance, from first touch to conversion.
- Plan and run creative and audience experiments with the content and design teams, and scale what works.
- Produce and test ad creative at scale with AI tools like AdCreative.ai or Canva Magic Studio.
- Build growth automations for lead routing, CRM sync, lead scoring, email and WhatsApp nurture, and reporting, using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot or Interakt.




- Improve landing page and conversion flows through testing and optimisation.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend based on performance.
- Explore and develop current growth channels, including partnerships, referrals and B2B opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, content, design and partnerships to drive sustained growth.

Who You Are

- 3-6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in high-consideration categories such as education, edtech, B2B or premium services.
- Proven track record of running ROI-positive campaigns across Meta, Google and/or LinkedIn, including budget scaling and creative testing.
- Hands-on with tracking and analytics setup (GTM, GA4, conversion APIs).
- Hands-on with AI ad tools, optimization strategies (Advantage+, Performance Max) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, HubSpot).
- Uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity daily for analysis, copy and insights.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels, where lead quality matters as much as volume.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics, dashboards and conversion paths.
- Confident communicator who works well with leadership, creative teams and external partners.
- Experience marketing to senior professionals or B2B audiences is a plus.

Location & Schedule: In office at Andheri West, Mumbai, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, with Saturdays working from home, 11 AM to 5 PM (6-day week).
