Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Pega Smart Dispute Developer with 4 years of hands on experience to design build and maintain enterprise dispute and fraud processing applications using Pega PRPC and the Pega Smart Dispute framework

Responsibility

Design configure and enhance Pega case structures workflows business rules data transforms and user interfaces for debitcredit card disputes

Implement and manage RESTSOAP API integrations connecting Pega with core banking engines payment processors and card networks VisaMastercardAmex

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable guardrailcompliant Pega solutions





Diagnose and resolve production issues perform root cause analysis RCA and conduct performance tuning using Pega Tracer Clipboard PAL and Splunk

Collaborate with business analysts crossfunctional engineering teams and QA in an Agile setting to ensure endtoend delivery quality
