Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

We are looking for a patient-oriented and efficient Patient Care Coordinator to facilitate smooth patient services and ensure a seamless healthcare experience. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, assisting patients and their families, and ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Assist patients with registration, admission, and discharge procedures.
- Guide patients and their attendants regarding hospital services and procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
- Ensure timely communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient information and service-related documentation.
- Assist in managing patient flow and reducing waiting time.
- Support billing, insurance, and cashless claim coordination, whenever required.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure a positive patient experience.




- Handle patient complaints and escalate issues to the concerned authorities when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies.

Qualifications:
- Any Degree (preferably in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related fields).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and patient care services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Salary:
