WE’RE HIRING — HARDWARE & PCB DESIGN ENGINEER
Strideind Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced engineer to develop electronic hardware and PCBs for industrial automation, instrumentation, and monitoring systems.
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Job type: Full-time, in office
Salary: Based on experience and technical expertise
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key responsibilities
- Design electronic circuits, schematics, and multilayer PCB layouts.
- Select components and prepare BOMs, Gerber files, and manufacturing documentation.
- Develop analog, digital, power supply, and sensor interface circuits.
- Handle PCB prototyping, board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Apply grounding, isolation, protection, and EMI/EMC design principles.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, and automation teams.
- Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors.
Required skills and experience
- Hands-on experience taking PCB designs from concept to working hardware.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent PCB design software.
- Experience with microcontrollers and interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, RS-485, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Knowledge of component selection, datasheet interpretation, and design for manufacturing.
- Practical experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other debugging tools.
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
Experience with industrial electronics, isolated interfaces, 4–20 mA signals, and embedded systems will be an advantage. Apply now: Send your CV and PCB project portfolio to
