US Payroll Specialist – ADP

About the Role

Tekhawks is hiring a US Payroll Specialist with proven hands-on experience in ADP payroll processing.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage U.S. employee payroll operations, ensure accurate calculations, and coordinate payroll-related compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently process U.S. payroll using ADP.
- Calculate salaries, hourly wages, overtime, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
- Manage employee onboarding, updates, and terminations in ADP.
- Handle employee reimbursements, approved salary advances, and payment adjustments.
- Coordinate Form 941 reporting, U.S. payroll-tax matters, and agency notices.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.




- Maintain accurate payroll records and support quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and ADP support.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in U.S. payroll.
- Practical, hands-on ADP payroll processing experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll calculations and payroll taxes.
- Positive knowledge of Excel and payroll reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.

Preferred : ADP Run, U.S. staffing payroll, W-2 payroll, multi-state payroll, and experience handling payroll-tax notices. Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn.
