About the Role

We are an EPFO/ESIC compliance consultancy in Rohini, Current Delhi, looking for a Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing and statutory compliance for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll (attendance, salary calculation, deductions)
- Calculate and file PF, ESIC and PT on time
- Upload ECR, challans and returns on the EPFO/ESIC portals
- Maintain salary slips, registers and compliance records
- Handle UAN and ESIC IP registrations and updates for new joiners and exits

- Resolve client payroll queries

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll or compliance
- Working knowledge of EPFO/ESIC portals and Labour Codes
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office
- Strong accuracy and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have
- Experience handling payroll for multiple clients
