Designation - Payroll Accounting

Experience - 5to 10 years

Qualification- Graduate (Full time)

Job responsibilities

- Payroll Processing: Calculate and process salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (tax, perks) in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws; prepare and submit payroll tax reports.
- Accounting: End to end accounting with payroll.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Support monthend close activities related to payroll accounting,



Post payroll journals and ensure accurate mapping in the general ledger.
- System Administration: Update and maintain payroll software, including employee data, hires, terminations, and leave tracking.
- Reporting & Auditing: Generate reports for management review and participate in payroll audits.
- Employee Support: Resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
- Systems & Process Improvement: Work on payroll systems and ERP tools such as ADP, Oracle, JDE (or equivalent).
