We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Payment Collection Officer responsible for managing outstanding payments from dealers, distributors, and customers. The candidate will coordinate closely with the CRM, Sales, and Accounts Departments to ensure timely payment recovery and maintain accurate collection records.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with dealers, distributors, and customers for outstanding payments.
2. Coordinate with the CRM Department for customer-wise outstanding details and payment follow-ups.
3. Coordinate with the Sales Department for payment recovery and dealer/distributor updates.
4. Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
5. Track payment commitments and ensure timely collection as per agreed dates.
6. Maintain daily payment collection reports and outstanding payment records.
7. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
8. Share regular collection updates with the CRM, Sales, and Accounts Teams.
9. Identify overdue accounts and escalate delayed payments to senior management.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment collection MIS reports.
