- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees.
- Process Full & Final Settlements, incentives and off-roll payroll.
- Prepare CTC structures as per applicable minimum wage regulations.
- Handle invoice processing and payroll-related documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Income Tax.
- Handle employee income tax calculations and investment proof verification.
- Ensure compliance with state-wise labour laws and applicable labour codes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling end-to-end payroll for at least 500 employees.
- Proficiency in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax and Gratuity.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Data Validation.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software such as Darwinbox, Spine or HR-One.
