Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Patient Care Executive (PCE) to manage patient interactions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth coordination of clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient queries, walk-ins, and appointments.
- Assist patients with registration and consultation processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
- Maintain patient records and daily follow-up reports.
- Explain treatment packages and services to patients.
- Follow up with patients for appointments and treatment continuity.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and a positive clinic experience.
- Support clinic sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve basic complaints.





Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient handling and customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Sales and counselling skills.
- Ability to work in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Patient Care, Front Office, Healthcare, Clinic Operations, or Customer Service.
- Healthcare, hospital, Ayurveda, or clinic experience preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
