Job Summary

We are looking for a Patient Appointment Scheduler with 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare or International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring a smooth patient scheduling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient appointment scheduling.

- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on patient and provider availability.

- Confirm appointments and provide necessary appointment-related information.

- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers.

- Verify patient demographics and basic insurance details.

- Update patient information and appointment records in EHR/EMR systems.

- Handle patient queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

- Meet daily productivity,



quality, and service-level targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare, Patient Scheduling, Patient Access, or International Voice Process.

- Valuable English communication and telephone etiquette.

- Knowledge of appointment scheduling and patient coordination.

- Familiarity with EHR/EMR or healthcare management systems.

- Good typing, computer, and documentation skills.

- Ability to handle calls professionally and work in a team.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with US Healthcare BPO experience.

- Willingness to work in night shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
