We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle customer calls, communicate professionally, and assist customers with their queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Share product/service-related information.
- Maintain daily calling records and update call status.
- Handle basic customer queries.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Fluent English.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations.
- Positive computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain calling records.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in flexible hours, including night shifts.

Working Conditions

- Part-time role with half-day shifts.
- Flexible working hours.
- Night shift availability may be required depending on business needs.
- Salary will be discussed based on experience and working hours.
