To carry out electrical panel wiring, component mounting, control wiring and power wiring as per approved electrical drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, safety and timely completion of LT Electrical Panels.

Panel

Wiring &

- Assembly

- Perform power and control wiring for LT Electrical Panels.

- Carry out wiring for PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, Synchronization and Distribution Panels.

- Install and connect electrical components as per approved drawings.

- Perform wiring for ACB, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, timers, meters and other control devices.

- Ensure proper cable routing, dressing, ferruling and termination.

B.

Drawing

Interpretation

- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, schematic diagrams and wiring drawings.

- Follow GA drawings, control circuit diagrams and terminal connection details.

- Identify components and their correct connection points.

- Execute wiring as per approved drawings and specifications.

C.

Cable

Termination &

- Identification

- Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping and termination.

- Use appropriate cable lugs, ferrules, glands and accessories.

- Ensure proper wire numbering and ferrule identification.

- Maintain neat and systematic cable dressing.

D.

Quality

Control &

- Testing

- Check wiring connections and terminal tightness.

- Perform continuity checks and insulation resistance tests as instructed.

- Rectify wiring errors and defects.

- Support the testing team during functional testing and commissioning.





- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and quality standards.

E. Production &

- Safety

- Complete assigned panel wiring work within production schedules.

- Coordinate with supervisors, panel designers and testing engineers.

- Maintain tools and equipment in valuable condition.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and 5S practices.

1. Technical Skills Required

- Practical experience in LT Panel Board Wiring.

- Knowledge of PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF and Distribution Panels.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.

- Knowledge of power and control circuit wiring.

- Experience in ACB, MCCB, contactors, relays and control components.

- Knowledge of cable sizing, lug crimping, ferruling and termination.

- Understanding of electrical safety and wiring standards.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot wiring faults.

1. Educational Qualification

- ITI – Electrician / Wireman.

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

1. Experience Required

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in LT Electrical Panel Wiring.

- Candidates with industrial electrical panel manufacturing experience preferred.

- Experience in PCC, MCC and APFC panel wiring will be an added advantage.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Wiring accuracy and quality.

- Timely completion of assigned panels.

- Minimum wiring errors and rework.

- Proper cable dressing and termination quality.

- Compliance with approved electrical drawings.

- Adherence to safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
