Role: Palantir Foundry Data Engineer

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Local Candidates Only – No Relocation)

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Palantir Foundry Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry, Python, and PySpark to develop scalable, end-to-end data engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience building data pipelines, working with Foundry Ontology, and processing large datasets using Python and PySpark.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end data engineering solutions using Palantir Foundry.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
- Work with Foundry Ontology to establish business objects, relationships, and data models.
- Develop reusable Python functions and libraries to extend Foundry capabilities.
- Use PySpark for large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Clean, transform, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Optimize ETL workflows and improve pipeline performance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry .
- Strong programming skills in Python .
- Practical experience with PySpark and Apache Spark .
- Experience working with Foundry Ontology and Foundry Pipelines .
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Understanding of distributed data processing and performance optimization.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- SQL and data modelling.
- Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience handling structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of modular applications and reusable data components.

Candidate Requirements

- 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Relevant hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
- Relocation is not available for this position.
