About the Role

Helping Hands Organisation is inviting applications for the position of Palliative Care Physician to join its Disability-Inclusive Palliative Care Programme at St Andrews, Trivandrum. The role involves managing patients’ pain and symptoms, supporting families and caregivers, and providing compassionate, inclusive palliative care.

Position Details

- Time Commitment: 3–4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage pain and symptoms.

- Support patients’ families and caregivers.

- Provide compassionate, dignified and inclusive care.

- Maintain up-to-date health records.





- Work closely with the H2O nurse and social worker to identify and address patient needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- MBBS or higher qualification.

- Valid medical council registration.

- Doctors from any medical specialty are welcome to apply.

- Demonstrated interest in palliative care.

- Previous experience in palliative care is desirable but not mandatory.
