We're Hiring: Packing Lead Engineer

Location: Panipat, Haryana

Industry: Manufacturing salary:40k gross

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage packing line operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize breakdowns.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of packaging equipment, including:
- Conveyors
- Palletizers / Depalletizers
- Stretch Wrappers
- Bagging Machines
- Filling Machines
- Barcode / Label Printers
- Robotics and Automation Systems
- Monitor and improve MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and packing line efficiency.
- Execute shutdown planning and maintenance activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.




- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and breakdown management.
- Knowledge of automation systems and maintenance KPIs.
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
