Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Paid Media Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

You will manage performance marketing campaigns for clients in the Salon, Wellness, Retail and B2C industries, focusing on lead generation, conversions and ROI.

Freshers with a good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads will also be considered for a Trainee position. ( 0 to 1yr )

Mandatory Skills & Experience For Experienced Candidates (2–5 Years):

- Google Ads: Hands-on experience in campaign setup, Search Ads, Demand Gen, keyword research, bidding and optimisation.
- Meta Ads: Experience in Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager, campaign setup, audience targeting and optimisation.
- Campaign Optimisation: Ability to monitor and improve CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
- Conversion Tracking: Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Lead Generation: Experience managing campaigns focused on generating leads, sales, enquiries or store walk-ins.
- Ad Copy & Research: Ability to write ad copies, research competitors and identify effective marketing angles.
- Reporting: Ability to prepare campaign performance reports and analyse results.
- Client Management: Good English communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously.




- Monitor campaign performance and achieve defined KPIs.
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.
- Coordinate with design and web development teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track conversions and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Communicate campaign progress, results and recommendations to clients.
- Follow internal processes, checklists and campaign SOPs.

Who Can Apply?

Experienced Candidates:

- 2–5 years of individual hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably in Retail, Small Business, Salon, Wellness or B2C industries.
- Must be capable of independently managing and optimising campaigns.

Freshers – Trainee Position: 0 to 1yr

- Candidates with a basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing can also apply.
- Internship or practical project experience will be an added advantage.
- Must have a strong willingness to learn performance marketing.

Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Google Tag Manager and Meta Conversion API (CAPI).
- GA4 and CRM integration.
- A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
- AI tools for ad copy, competitor research and reporting.
- Understanding of TOFU, MOFU and BOFU marketing funnels.

- Work Location: Bangalore Office – Work from Office only.
- Full-time employment; remote and freelance candidates will not be considered.
- Candidates must be willing to attend an offline interview and complete a practical skill assessment.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication is essential.
