Job Responsibilities

- Assist in execution of pilot-scale production batches as per approved protocols and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

- Manage equipment maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency in production steps.

- Perform loading and unloading of freeze dryers and Vacuum tray dryers following SOP

- Maintain accurate documentation including Equipment logbooks and Production checklists

- Assist in packaging and labelling of pilot batch materials.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pilot production area. By following cleanroom practices and contamination control procedures.

- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and company policies.

- Work closely with R&D;, Quality, and Production teams during pilot batch execution.

- Assist in process trials, optimization runs, and scale-up activities.

Skills Required

- Positive understanding of pilot production or laboratory processes.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, documentation, data entry).

- Ability to follow SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records accurately.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in controlled laboratory or cleanroom environments.
