Role Summary

We are looking for a Packaging Development & Quality Manager to set packaging standards, onboard vendors, and optimize operational SOPs across our seller network, warehouses, and fulfillment channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Supplier Development & Quality: Define, implement, and monitor packaging standards across seller ecosystems; lead current supplier onboarding and quality audits.
- Product-Specific Guidelines: Design packaging solutions for high-risk categories, including liquids, fragile/ceramics, metals, sharp-edged, heavy-weight, and irregular products.
- Packaging Engineering: Establish technical specs (ply, BF, GSM, cushioning, sealing/taping) and run drop/vibration transit tests to ensure zero-damage transit.
- SOP Standardization:



Create and enforce standardized packaging SOPs for sellers, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Innovation & Cost Optimization: Drive cost reduction, material optimization, and eco-friendly packaging initiatives while conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) on damage reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Packaging Technology (IIP preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science.
- Experience: 2+ years in packaging quality, vendor management, and material engineering.
- Core Competencies: Technical knowledge of corrugated specs (BF/GSM/ECT), ISTA/ASTM transit testing, vendor auditing, and packaging cost engineering.
