Role Description The Owner role at Rafulin Holdings Sdn Bhd is a part-time, remote position responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight across the group’s investment, concession, construction, renewable energy, and project management activities. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner reviews business performance reports, sets priorities for portfolio expansion, and evaluates potential investments or partnerships aligned with long-term concession and construction strategies.

The role involves guiding senior management, approving key project and financial decisions, and ensuring that governance, risk management,



and compliance standards are upheld across all subsidiaries. The Owner also maintains high-level relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and financial institutions, while fostering a culture of professionalism, ethical conduct, and cooperative performance. Regular virtual meetings and periodic site or project reviews are expected to ensure business objectives and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic leadership and business management skills, with demonstrated experience in guiding investment portfolios or multi-entity groups.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure-related sectors such as toll road concessions, construction, renewable energy, or large-scale project management.
- Solid financial acumen, including the ability to interpret financial reports, assess investment risks, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Experience in governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within corporate or project-based environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and senior leaders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple projects or subsidiaries simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience will be considered.
