Role Description The Owner role at Azemtry Global Sourcing LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Owner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, supplier and client relationship management, and financial oversight. Daily responsibilities include managing sourcing activities, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory and logistics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

The role also involves leading and mentoring the team, setting performance targets, and identifying new market opportunities and product lines. The Owner will continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and profitability, while maintaining a professional,



ethical, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.

- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a trading or import/export environment.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.

- Effective leadership and people management skills, with experience in team supervision and performance management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.

- Solid understanding of contracts, compliance requirements, and basic legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to sourcing and trade.

- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

- Proficiency in common business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and inventory/ERP systems).

- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and willingness to take responsibility for long-term business growth.
