Zobfit is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Outbound Calling Agents for its Tata Capital mandate.

The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers, explaining financial products and services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and supporting sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Explain financial products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain daily calling records, sales updates, and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales role.
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of any regional language will be an advantage.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Good customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, telesales, or outbound sales will be preferred.
- Freshers without relevant experience may not meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
