Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day OT operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise OT nurses, technicians and support staff.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists and other departments.
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor OT equipment, surgical instruments and consumables.
- Manage surgical schedules and OT staff duty rosters.
- Maintain OT records, documentation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and NABH standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Operation Theatre.
- Previous experience as OT Incharge / OT Supervisor preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
