Job Title: Nursing Assistant – Operation Theatre (OT)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist ophthalmic surgeons and OT nurses during eye surgeries.
- Prepare the OT, surgical instruments and equipment before procedures.
- Assist in patient preparation, positioning and shifting before and after surgery.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments.
- Maintain OT hygiene and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
- Ensure readiness and availability of ophthalmic surgical instruments and consumables.
- Assist in maintaining OT records, surgical checklists and documentation.
- Follow patient safety protocols and hospital OT procedures.

Qualification: Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant (DOA) – Mandatory.

Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with relevant qualifications can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
