Job Title: Organisation Development (OD) Specialist

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Budgeted CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (max 30% hike on current CTC)

- 5 to 7 years of experience, with hands-on work in Organisation Development
- Background in a manufacturing company
- Experience in succession planning
- Experience in competency mapping
- Current CTC that fits within a 30% hike to ₹12 LPA
- Ability to join within 60 days
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, South India

About the Role A leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in India is hiring an OD qualified to strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership pipelines and capability building across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and run succession planning for critical and leadership roles
- Build and maintain competency frameworks and role-to-competency mapping
- Support talent reviews,



talent mapping and individual development plans
- Drive organisation design, role clarity and structure reviews with business teams
- Run capability and culture initiatives, and measure their impact
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on OD interventions
- Prepare dashboards and insights for senior leadership

Skills and Qualifications

- MBA or PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
- Strong grasp of OD frameworks, talent management and change management
- Experience with assessment tools, such as competency assessments or 360° feedback, is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and presentation skills
