Key Responsibilities

1. Perform organic synthesis experiments at laboratory scale.
2. Knowledge of organic name reactions and reaction mechanisms.
3. Monitor reactions using TLC and analytical techniques.
4. Purification of compounds using crystallization, distillation, extraction and column chromatography.
5. Basic knowledge of HPLC, GC, NMR and UV analytical techniques.
6. Maintain accurate experimental records and project documentation.
7. Assist in reaction optimization and troubleshooting.
8. Follow laboratory safety guidelines and maintain proper lab discipline.

Required Skills:
- Positive practical knowledge of organic synthesis.
- Understanding of organic chemistry and name reactions.
- Basic knowledge of analytical instruments.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Hardworking, dedicated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
